The Secret of Kells

Ireland, 9th century. 12 year old Brendan works hard with his uncle, the Abbot and the monks to fortify the walls of the abbey to be better protect against the raids of the Vikings. When Brendan meets Brother Aidan, who is a master in illustrating books, he discovers the Book of Kells. Brendan wants to finish the book himself, but therefor he has to break out of the walls of the abbey.
